Six things we'll never do.

If we break any one of these, return the product. We'll refund you and put the rule on the wall.

Erilas exists because we got tired of being lied to about what was in our skincare and what our pet products were really made of. So we made our own — and we set six rules for ourselves the day we started.

1. We'll never import a finished product.

Every Erilas item is manufactured in India. The balm is filled in Hyderabad. The puzzle ball and lick-bowl are moulded near Delhi. We don't ship in finished goods from Korea or China and slap a brand sticker on them. If we wouldn't make it here, we wouldn't make it at all.

2. We'll never markup more than 3×.

Every imported brand we benchmarked is selling the same active for three to eight times what we charge. Our rule: cost to make + reasonable margin + tax. That's it. No celebrity-marketing markup. No 'premium positioning' fees. The same 5% PDRN multi-balm imported from Korea is ₹3,500. Ours is ₹999 because that's what it should cost.

3. We'll never list an active percentage we can't prove.

If our label says 5% PDRN, that's 5% PDRN — verified by our supplier's batch certificate of analysis (CoA). If our label says Volufiline 6%, that's exactly Volufiline 6%. We don't round up. We don't 'inspired by' anything. Email hello@erilas.com and we'll send you the CoA for your batch.

4. We'll never make a fourth thing badly.

One face product. One puzzle toy. One slow feeder. We're not adding a serum, a shampoo, a leash. Three. If a fourth obsession finds us — the way the lick-bowl did — we'll make it once, properly. Until then, three.

5. We'll never make you fight for a refund.

30-day money-back, no questions, no fine print. Reply to your order email — we send a prepaid return label within 24 hours. Skin product 30% used? Returnable. Dog wasn't into the puzzle ball? 6. We'll never sell your data.

Your email goes into our newsletter list to send you product updates and the occasional offer. We don't sell, rent, share or syndicate it. We don't run retargeting against people who didn't buy. You can unsubscribe in one click. Read the privacy policy →

If you ever feel we've broken any of the six above, write to daksh@erilas.com directly. That's the founder's inbox. You'll get a reply within 24 hours, you'll get a refund if a refund is due, and we'll fix the rule that broke. That's the deal.
